Ductwork Conquest offers JKF's complete line of ductwork. The duct line runs from Ø 80mm to Ø 1.000mm in 1mm galvanized sheet, and 2mm and 3mm steel plate from Ø 100mm to Ø 1.000mm. A wide range of assembly methods ensures fast and efficient joining of both duct, branches and other fittings. Bends The bend line runs from Ø 80mm to Ø 1.000mm in 1mm galvanized sheet, and 2mm and 3mm steel plate. From Ø 80mm to Ø 400mm the bends are pressed ensuring an optimal flow and minimal wear. As with the duct system, several fast and effective assembly methods are available, depending on the tightness and strength required. Assembling Methods JKF's has a wide range of pipe connectors for pipe systems and fittings. The line includes two-piece pull rings for pipe systems in 1mm galvanized sheet and 2mm steel plate.Wide pull rings for 1mm galvanized sheet give a fine and stable joint. Rapid connectors with plastic lining ensure tight joints in both 1mm galvanized sheet and 2mm and 3mm steel plate. Flange Joints are also possible. This assembling method is in particular suitable for diametres from Ø 300 and upwards. Dampers Conquest also offers JKF's complete line of dampers for barring and regulating. The line includes all standard diametres from Ø 80mm to Ø 500mm in galvanized sheet matching our pipe systems. The dampers are available as all-automatic versions with electric motor or with pneumatic cylinder. As with the pipe systems several fast and effective assembly methods are available, depending on the tightness and strength required.
